You have the right to withdraw this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

where you or a third party you designate, which is not the carrier, have taken the goods into possession or if you have ordered one or more goods within the framework of a single order and they are delivered in a single manner, or to be;

- where you or a third party you designate, which is not the carrier, have taken the last goods in possession or if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

You can use the sample withdrawal form attached to it, which is not required.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will have all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from that you have chosen a different way of delivery than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), to return you immediately and not later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this Agreement has been received from us. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case you will be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on the previous date.

You have to return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case not later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this Agreement. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the 14 day deadline expires.

They carry the immediate costs of returning the goods.

They must only result in any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a treatment that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Reasons of Redemption

The right of withdrawal does not exist in contracts.

- for the delivery of goods that are not prepared and for the manufacture of which a individual selection or determination is essential by the consumer or which are clearly adapted to the consumer's personal needs;

- for the delivery of goods that could rapidly destroy or the date of expiry of which would quickly exceed;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the conclusion of the contract, but which may be delivered no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations on which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires in case of contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods, if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us (Anton Milevskyi, Zeppelinstraße 44, 88326 Aulendorf, telephone number: +4915158832680, e-mail address: thehomecoffee4@gmail.com ) through a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by the mail or an email) to inform you of your decision to withdraw this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached to it, which is not required.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Reasons for expiry

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not on a physical medium that obliges the consumer to pay a price if the consumer:

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins to fulfill the contract before the cancellation period expires and

2. has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires through his consent at the beginning of the fulfillment of the contract and

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content that is not on a physical medium is made available:

in which the contents of the contract are reproduced and which states that the consumer has expressly agreed before the contract is fulfilled that the entrepreneur will begin to fulfill the contract before the end of the cancellation period and has confirmed his knowledge that through his consent he will lose his right of cancellation at the start of the contract fulfillment.
