Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made in the domestic (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery in Germany (Inland):

We calculate the shipping costs by shipping weight:

The shipping costs are calculated depending on the country of delivery and displayed to the customer in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Delivery to abroad:

Provision of digital content:

Digital content (data created and provided in digital form) is not subject to shipping costs.

Digital content will be provided to you in your customer account. The delivery takes place within 24 hours from the conclusion of the contract (if agreed pre-payment after the date of your payment instructions). The delivery will also be informed by e-mail.

Delivery deadlines

Insofar as no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the country (Germany) takes place within 3 - 7 working days, for foreign delivery within 7 - 10 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if agreed payment after the date of your payment instructions). Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a joint shipping, unless we have made any different agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
